Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by Astrotype Tees are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. As such, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with style or fit

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Exceptions (Legally Required Cases Only)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Astrotype Tees will provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is not delivered

To request a resolution, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being denied.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, Astrotype Tees reserves the right to:

  • Offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Issue a refund at its sole discretion

We do not require items to be returned.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy.
