Processing Times

All Astrotype Tees are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 12–35 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, etc.).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays

Because all items are made to order, delays may occasionally occur during:

  • High demand periods
  • Holidays
  • Carrier disruptions

We appreciate your patience — your tee is being made just for you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Astrotype Tees is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Astrotype Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at astrotypetees@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will review your request and provide a replacement or solution if applicable.
